Flagship Store Maison Momonì Corso Como Milan
In 2013, an old restaurant situated in Corso Como, home of Milan nightlife and fashion, closed down and the premises are immediately detected by a famous fashion house, “Maison Momonì”, who wants to make it become a springboard in Milan. The location need an extraordinary maintenance that involves the replacement of the windows, the remaking of floors, the construction of false ceilings, the renovation of the bathroom and all the systems (electrical, sanitary, air conditioning) as well as the adjustment of the staircase to go downstairs. The renovation is followed by the famous architect S. Estori who takes care of the smallest details to emphasize the mood of the Maison. The resin floors and the venetian stucco walls in peacock blue evoke the ephemeral bird that marked an era of fashion with its feathers and colors.
