Apartment in Central station area in Milan
Conveniently located between the central station and Piazzale Loreto this apartment has beaded with new materials that evoke the elegant style of the city at the beginning of the last century.
The environment has been modified by the need to give more space to the social part of the house, the most experienced part, where it is nice to share toast and dinners with friends: the room and the kitchen. Here in particular the “cementine” stand out with their geometric star pattern in shades of colours evoked by the furnishings. The supporting pillar that divided these rooms was emphasized by creating a portion of wall lightened by rectangular openings that let the light effects of the important ceiling chandeliers pass. Attention has also been paid to the healthiness of the rooms, in fact, a ducted air system with home automation control allows the maintenance of fresh and regenerated air throughout the house. The creative hand of the architect Giulia Lassandro is essential and attentive to practicality.
