Apartment in central Monza
Renovation of a 60s apartment adjacent to the center of Monza.
An accurate project and a careful choice of finishing materials by Arch. Claudia Ratti allow, with few modifications to the existing partitions, to create a new and youthful environment without exceeding the costs.
The eclectic spirit that animates this young female architect has resulted in the use of alternative ceramics such as "14oraitaliana" "I gattipardi" line for the kitchen floor and Mutina for the bathrooms. The "invisible" flush-to-wall doors give absolute continuity between the wall and the door, creating the idea of extended spaces.
The works were carried out in 2013 but the result is still current today.
